TTAB Alerts Now Available on Law360

Law360, a LexisNexis company, is excited to announce the addition of Trademark Trial and Appeal Board data to our Platform Tools. Now you can track ongoing case activity at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with access to both TTAB and Patent Trial and Appeal Board cases and related documents, all on one website.

TTAB Cases allows you to set up alerts for new cases and search existing cases, with the option to filter by keyword, case number, registration number, mark, party name, and more. TTAB Documents lets you set up alerts and search for specific case filings, with full-text search capability on documents filed since January 2017.
