Law360 Boosts Financial Expertise With Capital Markets

Law360 is excited to announce that Capital Markets Law360 is now available. Our 42^nd section, Capital Markets adds to our already robust financial industry coverage. Law360 Names Key Global Players For 2014

Law360 has released its fourth annual Global 20 list, ranking firms with the largest global presence. Firms were considered based on their involvement in cross-border and international cases, as well as the number of offices outside of their home countries.

As in previous years, gaining a spot on the list is a competitive feat, especially with the decentralization of the legal industry as a whole. This year, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and White & Case LLP came in neck and neck at No. 1, paving the way for the list’s trend of U.S.- and U.K.-headquartered firms.
